School fees refund policy (Approved by OPEC)
Article 3: Tuition fees and other fees refund policy
Schools will refund tuition fees and other fees to parents or students as the following categories.
3.1 For new students, if the parents paid all the school fees but would like to withdraw their child from school and inform the school within 7 days after the school opens in each semester, the school will refund the tuition fee in full but will deduct other fees if the school already paid for that particular student. The school will also return all documents to the parents. Schools will not refund the tuition fees or other fees if the parent withdraws their child 7 days after the school opens but will return all documents to the parent.
3.2 For the returning students, if the parents paid all the school fees but would like to withdraw their child from the school, the parents must inform the school not less than 15 days before the school opens. The school will refund the tuition fee in full but will deduct other fees if the school already paid for that particular student. Schools also will provide any school documents for those students within 7 days after the official withdrawal. School will not refund tuition fees or other fees after school reopen in each semester.
3.3 For Early Bird Payment, the school will not refund the tuition fees and other fees with any reason for those who paid early bird payment promotion. One of the reasons for early bird payment is to keep the seat and other preparation for students.
